How To Use Herbs In Your Daily Life

I challenge you to incorporate herbs into your daily life. The best way to learn about them is to do this and don’t  think too hard about it. It’s really not difficult and in no time you will realize that you have made it a lifestyle!

I truly believe that there is power in the herbs and we have an abundance of natural resources to heal ourselves!

A great way to learn about herbs is starting with your food. Let’s take it to the seasoning cabinet. If you’re anything like my household I'm sure you have plenty. Start searching for the benefits of your staple seasoning. Example: onion, garlic, cayenne pepper, black pepper, parsley, ginger, cinnamon. Once you look into the benefits you will mostly likely be led to other ways you can use them based on your research.
