Thrift City Partnership

For the longest, I've wanted to work with a company. I just never knew what avenue to take in order to get the opportunity, and honestly it can be a little intimidating.

With the help of friends encouraging me, I built enough confidence to reach out. I sent my email, and they were on board. I was like OH SNAP; I'm really POPPIN'! Thrift City gave me $20 and challenged me to find three outfit.

Watch the video below to see the GRAND TOTAL.

AMAZING RIGHT?

I really enjoy thrift shops, but many can be very stinky and unorganized and I have been turned off from many stores. But not a Thrift City, I can actually go in there and shop for hours with my skin crawling...lol. It is very organized, clothing is color-coded and the dressing rooms are not nasty. My favorite part about Thrift City are the deals, if you're not subscribed to their email list what are you doing sis? Even though everything there is already cheap every day they have different color price tags that are a percentage off. Also, on certain days you can earn 3X, 5X and I've seen as large as 10X the points! Basically what I'm saying is sign-up for their email, and get their rewards card (which they give you $4 when you sign up) Just do it and you will NEVER lose.

When shopping for outfits, I wanted to make sure I got items that were very versatile meaning you can wear it to class, work, or even out on a date. Me personally, I always buy things that I can dress down or up depending on the occasion. But honestly, you can wear whatever you want wherever you want as long as long the main dish is confidence (snap snap)!

So are you ready for these fits?

(P.S. If I can find like or similar items I will leave a link below, just to give inspiration)

This outfit is my favorite, and my favorite part is the velvet and fur which makes it SO EXTRA!

This outfit can be worn at night downtown, or even worn to work.. just take off the fur girl and throw on a longer blazer.

The top was purchased with my own money somewhere else.

The dress was purchased at Thrift City for $3.99

And my shoes were purchased at Dillard's and they are Dolce Vita

Okay this outfit is so comfy,

I really love flowy dresses and this was very soft because of the suede like texture.

And I had to spice it up with the embroidery platform boots, aren't they so fun!!!

This is what I mean, the most simply dress but the shoes make it so much more.

The dress is from Thrift City and it was $5.99

The shoes are from TJ MAXX and they're made by Bamboo, and very comfortable

I love everything about this outfit especially the colors and textures, velvet and suede!

This outfit gave me the most trouble, because I didn't know what to wear with this top and the original pants were not in my budget.

Then I came across this super cute skirt for $5.99, and it's the perfect length and matches my skin well.

We all know velvet is super popular now, so this top is for sure on trend and I was grabbing it for $3.99!

My shoes are from Burlington and they were $39.99
